Water Damage

    • Water Damaged units are Not repairable and are Not covered by Warranty.

    • Should the unit get wet or submerged in water, turn it “OFF” immediately.

    • It may be possible to recover the unit by drying it out, though the battery life may be diminished. To do so, do not place the unit in any type of oven especially a microwave. Try leaving the unit on end or side such that the water may drain from the Switch or USB-connector openings. Keeping the unit is such an orientation; place it under a towel, under indirect Sunlight or in a box of Rice or other desiccant for a few days.

    • If you cannot recover the unit, discard it appropriately. Remember, the unit contains NiMh batteries that need to be disposed of in accordance with the law.
